Monthly CSV + main workbook processing bhi available hai, aur pehle se processed Attendance_Portal_Output.xlsx ko Attendance sheet format mein restore karne ka alag option bhi hai.

Upload attendance files

Dono files upload karna zaroori hai. Supported formats: monthly .csv aur main attendance .xlsx. Maximum 20 MB per file.

Format an existing portal output

Is option mein sirf Attendance_Portal_Output.xlsx upload karein. Portal Sanitary Workers tab ke PRESENT, REST, M, ABSENT, P1, P2 aur TOTAL formulas ko reference Attendance sheet ke mutabiq restore karega. Pehla CSV + workbook wala function alag aur unchanged rahega.

Portal rules

Monthly CSV ke Status value (misal 24P 2L 0A) se 24 nikalta hai.
Original attendance summary columns AP:AV ke headings aur formulas ko overwrite nahi kiya jata.
CNIC match karke monthly CSV ka total helper column AW mein VLOOKUP se aata hai.
AX column mein AP (PRESENT count) aur AW (monthly CSV total) ka comparison hota hai.
Original daily attendance values ko portal change nahi karta.
Audit tabs mein unmatched CNICs aur different totals ki list hoti hai.
Alag option se sirf Attendance_Portal_Output.xlsx upload karke Sanitary Workers ke AP:AV formulas aur headings reference Attendance sheet ke mutabiq restore kiye ja sakte hain.

Privacy: uploaded files temporary server storage mein process hoti hain. Is prototype mein login/password abhi included nahi; private attendance data ke liye password protection add karne se pehle is page ko public users ke liye share na karein.
